GAK P-16 'Cruiser' Crew Cab Pickup ++

In an attempt to break into the lucrative operative transport market, GAK now present their first foray into vehicle design, the P-16 'Cruiser' Armoured Crew Cab Pickup Truck. Combining the best features of a conventional car with those of an armoured vehicle, the Cruiser is able to offer the operative both comfort and safety, while at the same time remaining stylish and chic. The driver and up to four additional passengers travel in the trucks large, well appointed four door crew cabin, while an open 1.4 meter long, pickup style, load bed, fitted behind the cab is provided for cargo carrying. Featuring a sturdy, all wheel drive chassis, on city streets the P-16 is both fast and manoeuvrable, while off road, thanks to GAKs inclusion of powered steering, an intelligent suspension system and enhanced shock absorbers it's capable of tackling almost any type of terrain with ease. Large, high grip, tires come as standard and these combines with the trucks raised suspension give it unrivalled ground clearance and prevent it 'bottoming outing' in muddy or rubble strewn conditions meaning you can take it where no regular car or jeep could ever go. Beneath the Cruisers stylish exterior lies a rugged sub-shell constructed from lightweight ceramic armour and carbon fibre meaning you no longer need to put up with that chunky military surplus look to have a durable, well protected vehicle. Front and rear bull bars come as standard, as do reinforced, side mounted ram plates allowing the Cruiser to plow its way through virtually any obstacle, while at the same time protecting your paint work from unsightly dents and scratches. A large capacity 50,000 hour reactor comes as standard and this combined with a high output drive system means the P-16 is capable of reaching speeds previously seen only in top of the range luxury cars. Always mindful of the operatives needs, GAK have not ignored the fact that sooner or later the Cruiser will need to be used in combat and so have included provision for the mounting of a variety of light infantry weapons on the vehicles roof. This is achieved by folding down the central, rear seat, which then provides a platform for a gunner to stand on it and use the concealed hatch and retractable turret ring fitted above it in the vehicles roof. The Cruiser is now available in a variety of trim levels and finishes, while GAK will be happy to customise your truck in any way you like for a small additional fee. Features currently on offer include custom paint jobs, nava-maps, communications equipment, internal gun racks, high powered spot and fog lamps and made to measure weapons/equipment lockers, which can be mounted in the rear load bed.
